8k888 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 8k888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the 8k888 website at 8k888.ws, or using any service offered by 8k888 — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live casino, crash games and all associated promotional features — you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 8k888 platform. 8k888 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. 8k888 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though your chosen payment provider may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your 8k888 account balance in real time, subject to confirmation from your payment provider. 8k888 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply standard transfer fees.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as a fraud-prevention measure. All transactions on 8k888 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion is not offered by 8k888. Players are responsible for ensuring their payment provider supports BDT transactions. 8k888 will not be liable for any currency conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers.

8k888 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including a 200% Welcome Bonus on the first deposit. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• The 200% Welcome Bonus applies to first deposits of ৳500 or more, up to a maximum bonus of ৳20,000. Minimum first deposit to qualify: ৳500.
• A wagering requirement of 30x the combined bonus and deposit amount must be met before withdrawal of any bonus-derived winnings. The wagering requirement applies to real-money bets placed on eligible games only.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly without meeting the applicable wagering requirement.

Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per IP address. Players found to have created multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all associated accounts and balances suspended pending investigation.

In the event of a conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating specifically to that game's mechanics; these Terms shall prevail for all other matters including account management, payments and eligibility. In sports betting, 8k888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by a technical error, data feed failure, or incorrectly posted odds. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8k888 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 8k888 will immediately suspend and investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software not authorised by 8k888 to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players, including through chip dumping in poker or deliberately losing to transfer funds between accounts.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform, including by depositing funds and withdrawing without meaningful wagering activity.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification, including misrepresenting your age.
• Engaging in any form of abuse, harassment or threatening behaviour directed at 8k888 staff or other platform users.

8k888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on this page. The date at the top of this page will reflect when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the 8k888 platform after any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If a proposed amendment is material, 8k888 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the amendment taking effect. 8k888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 8k888 reasonably believes that: (a) the player has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal or abusive conduct; (c) the player has provided false registration information; (d) continued operation of the account presents a legal or reputational risk to 8k888; or (e) the player is found to be under 21 years of age. Upon termination for cause, 8k888 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings. Any real-money balance that is legitimately the player's own deposited funds (net of any bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 8k888 platform shall first be referred to 8k888's customer support team at [email protected] for informal resolution. 8k888 will endeavour to resolve all player disputes within 14 working days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to seek resolution through the applicable legal process. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
